Orders can be cancelled within the next business day before the material is dispatched.

Order cancelation intimation is accepted only through e-mail by replying to the order e-mail generated on the placement of the order before 3:0pm of the next business working day.

The backend team will acknowledge your order cancellation request email with acceptance / decline based on the shipment status.

If the order cancelation is accepted, re-fund will be executed through NEFT within 3-4 working days from the date of order cancelation confirmation.
